Keep your team informed of office requirements and policies with custom confirmation emails:
Admins can use Eden Workplace to keep teams informed by customizing the confirmation email an employee receives after making a reservation. Admins can set a standard email for all offices or customize by location.

Pro tip: Did you know you can use Eden Workplace to send your employees documents to sign either one time or on a recurring basis? Add your legal documents to your settings and assign those documents to the employee check-in workflow.

Team Safety documents—booster shots and expiration dates
Keep your team safe with booster shots and document expiration dates:
In addition to employees uploading vaccine or negative COVID test documentation, you can now use Eden Workplace to keep track of booster shots and set expiration dates on uploaded documents. This feature will be available on your dashboard in the next few days.
Plus, starting in mid-May, Eden Workplace will send Team Safety document admins an email notification when new documents are uploaded.
Pro tip: Use Eden Workplace to track negative COVID tests for things like team events and company retreats to create a stress-free environment.

- Notify employees when a package arrives on site with Eden’s new package deliveries product. Schedule a demo with our team to learn more.
- Desk release to free up a desk for someone else’s use on a given day

- Microsoft Teams integration upgraded to include ways to make a reservation, book a desk, submit a ticket, invite a guest, and receive notifications
